- Emily PDil is the best. I have come to him for dress, pant, and skirt alterations and he kills it every time. Always exactly what i wanted and goes the extra mile to do it in a timely fashion. His new location on the same street as the USPS is very easy to find, spacious, and with a fitting room. If something isn’t up to par, he’ll fix it for you so it’s right. I swear he works magic- ladies I highly recommend going to Scogna for any of you alteration needs.
ScotRecently, my tailor of several years stopped doing alterations, so I was forced to search for a new one. After receiving one alteration from Mr. Dil, I knew my search was over. I asked him to taper the leg opening of some pants down to 7 inches—an alteration that, because of my body type, often took other tailors a couple tries to get right. I didn't even try on the pants and he was able to do the alteration perfectly on the first try. I have taken several more items to him since, with equally impressive results. Most recently, I had the sleeves shortened on two shirts. When I picked them up, I realized the sleeves were baggier than I like. Mr. Dil tapered the sleeves of both shirts on the spot, and he insisted on doing so at no charge! I recommend Mr. Dil without reservation.
- Shelby SMr. Dil is simply the best! I went in with not one, but two dresses that I needed altered in a quick turnaround. He asked me my deadline and was able to work over time to complete it before my requested timeline. Mr. Dil is a tailor fit for the President and that’s why he works on the presidents custom tailor jobs. If you’re reading this, use Mr. Dil.
